Taming Your Payroll
Taming Your Payroll, A New Solution for America's Small Business Owner
Every day, millions of small business owners wake up, excited about a new project that is to be implemented. A project that will make the business better, a project that will increase revenues.
And each morning millions of small business owners go through the grueling process of interviewing people to help put their projects on track.
It is no secret, that the largest employer in America, is the small businessman. He employs over 80% of Americans, and when he has a problem, America has a problem.
While some projects need a full-time or a part-time employee on location, many do not. However, small business owners continue to hire and pay employee taxes and benefits.
Many of the larger companies, and almost all the major corporations, use Temp Agencies to off set employment expenses. True, Temp Agency employees, are not cheap, but there are major benefits. They can require the employee to be on the job for 8 hours without having to hire them!
But there is another way that small business owners can bet the high cost of hiring employees.
For projects that can be completed off site -- use freelancers. Avoid micro-management -- tame your payroll, increase your cash flow and join the crowd - Outsource. (I know, you want, made in America, bought in America and employed in America -- just remember, there is a global market out there)
There are online sites that can match individuals and business owners with professional freelancers. The feedback process used on most of these sites, allows the Employer to review the freelancer's background and previous job reviews.
And there is another important feature that helps the small business owner; its called "bidding on projects" Freelancers bid on the projects and this creates an atmosphere of positive competition. True, you may not always want to accept the lowest bid, but you do have that option.
Most small business owners, select the bidder that has the best feedback score -- and often times, this guy is really busy. Many small business owners wait their turn in line, until the busy freelancer gets to them, or they select a more in-experienced freelancer. Either way, according to the feedback on different sites, individuals and business owners are provided with great services at unbelievable rates.
There are a number of different freelance sites to choose from. A few of the freelance sites require Employers and Freelancers to pay -- to post jobs, and to view jobs, however, there are a select few who do not.
Sandy Ingram is the Coordinator for a new US based Freelance web site that matches Employers with Freelancers electronically. There is no cost for Employers or Freelancers to register. To locate professional freelancers or to locate freelance work, visit: http://www.freelancers2go.com
